BISCUITS WITH BARBERA WINE

Ingredients
  • 400 gr of flour   
  • 1 glass of red wine Barbera Farm Capri
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

In a bowl put 2/3 of sugar, a pinch of salt, olive oil and red wine Barbera Farm Capri; mix the ingredients well. Add the baking powder and flour by adding it a little at a time. You have to get a soft but not sticky dough, easy to work with your hands. Place the remaining sugar on a small plate so you can dip the biscuits. Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. To bake cookies, make dough balls pull cords that close to ring around a finger, dip the cookies in sugar on one side and place it on the baking sheet with sugar facing up. Do the same thing until all of the dough. When placing the cookies on the plate keep them spaced a few centimeters between them so they can rise. Bake cookies in red wine in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour turning them upside down halfway through cooking.
